Communities We Serve

The Treasure Coast offers several communities, all with their own unique lifestyles.

Stuart

Stuart, known as the "Sailfish Capital of the World,"  has been called the Treasure Coasts Gem.  It has recently been voted the best seaside town to live in by Southern Living Magazine.  This accolade joins other awards like the "Happiest Seaside Town  by Coastal Living Magazine.  The availability of an outstanding restaurant scene, retail shops, the Lyric Theater and nearby parks make the downtown area a great destination.  Housing in the downtown core can be found as well as in surrounding suburban areas.

Hobe Sound

Hobe Sound is the gateway to Jupiter Island.  It is a smaller seaside town that has restaurants, beaches and boating opportunities.

Palm City

Palm City is home to some of Florida's premier golf courses.  It is a community that offers excellent schools and housing for every budget including condominiums, townhomes and single family homes.  There are communities for seniors and gated communities for those that prefer that extra feeling of security.  Boating opportunities abound with the St. Lucie River flowing through.

Port Salerno - Rocky Point

For fishing and boating, Port Salerno is the place for you.  Featuring the Manatee Pocket, which is a protected waterway just minutes from access to  the ocean.  Nearby Rocky Point is a hidden gem with predominately single family housing including homes along the intracoastal waterway.

Rio

Rio is an up and coming neighborhood that features homes from entry level to luxury waterfront on the St. Lucie River.  New housing development recently completed on the old Frances Langford estate.  A new marina/entertainment area has been recently approved along with new planned restaurants and retail.

Jensen Beach

Jensen Beach has always been known as a sleepy little surf town.  It still retains the small town vibe, but it too is receiving a more upmarket look.  Excellent restaurants can be found  from simple food trucks to high quality steak houses.   Each Thursday evening the town hosts Jammin Jensen where the main street is closed to traffic with local artisans  offering their crafts for sale.

Hutchinson Island

If you are into water - and particularly ocean/island living- this is the place for you.  The island has a large selection of condominiums that have views of either the ocean, intracoastal waterway or both.  Single family homes as well as townhomes and even neighborhoods that cater to RV's or park model homes for seasonal or full time living on a budget can be found on this popular island.  The northern tip of South Hutchinson Island is undergoing revitalization with new restaurants and entertainment destinations.

Port St. Lucie

Port St. Lucie is the areas largest population center.  The area is undergoing explosive growth, especially in the western areas of the town.  Large employers, like Amazon and UPS, provide job opportunities as well a highway system that makes commuting to West Palm Beach possible.  Housing opportunities abound with single family, townhomes, condominiums, senior communities and planned communities in the Tradition area.  The PGA  area includes  golf course and housing of all kinds.
