Susan has been a licensed real estate agent for over eight years. She has successfully represented buyers and sellers during her career as a real estate sales associate at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services - Florida Realty.
Susan spent her first career as a certified real estate paralegal with a specialist designation in real estate from the National Association of Legal Assistants. In this capacity, she worked with corporate clients, high net worth individuals and a developer as its closing agent.
Susan now resides in Jensen Beach and uses her real estate expertise to assist her clients' with their real estate needs in Stuart, Jensen Beach, Hutchinson Island and Port St. Lucie.
Susan has resided in South Florida for for more than forty years and now loves living in the Stuart-Jensen Beach. “I had been enjoying the Stuart/Jensen Beach area as a part time resident for years before making this area my home . " I fell in love with the charm of this area and the friendly people that make up this community. The Stuart/Jensen Beach area is truly a special place and I am happy to be a part of this community”.

Julia has listed, sold and rented multiple properties. She takes care to listen to your needs and she has been described by previous clients as bringing a positive, energetic, and practical approach to every engagement.
On a personal level, Julia is originally from New Zealand. She has lived in the UK twice, Pennsylvania, and Florida. She and her family first bought in the area in 2009. They have lived in Stuart, Hobe Sound, and are currently in Palm City. So, she knows real estate in the area!
When not working, Julia can be found renovating her home, gardening, exercising, singing in her church choir, or socializing with friends.
